This game was great and had me hooked until the recent update. Now it's constantly getting stuck and freezing in the middle of my battles. Then I have to restart the game all the time in the middle of matches, making me lose my resources and dropping my stats. I'm likely going to just uninstall the app. Thanks for giving me a good reason to stop playing this game. Update 05/05/24: Now the game is officially unplayable. Soldiers, just stop moving right at the start of the match, & time runs out.
Fun game, but frustrating because it is pay to win. You get huge advantages in combat for $15 each season (about a month). I feel like I'm playing a beta with the amount of bug reports I'm filling out every patch. Frequent crashes, freezing, interface errors, etc. It also gets quite boring once you have everything maxxed out. They rarely add content, rarely balance, figure out the best setup and you are basically just watching the game.
I'm continuing to lose matches because the game freezing. What are the point of experience points? They don't do anything I've had the original sniper since this game was on Playstation and it's still not totally upgraded. This game is turning into a money grabbing and scamming people, the developer's aren't fixing major bug issues. I use to recommend this game to friends.
Now I'm facing a problem I've read that other people are getting. Sometimes during raids the app would just close, I open the app and I've lost the raid since the game quit. Also most times the units on screen, either mine or the enemies, would simple stop. Not moving no matter what I do while the timer keeps going so I'm forced to lose the raid too. It's making it very difficult to play
This was once a 5 Star game, but has really gone down the tubes. I have been playing this game since week 1. One of the few games that was actually fun and didn't constantly pump ads in your face. However, the game is unplayable with the amount of bugs and freezes, and now has a shrinking player base. On top of that, the devs are totally unresponsive and have 0 communication. Don't let the responses to these reviews fool you, they don't help. This game has become a broken and buggy cash grab.
Although it is a good game. I keep getting kicked out of it. I'm assuming it's crashing now because it is not an eternal issue with Mt phone. When it's loading sometimes it would give me the message of Store error or something. And when I try to collect my resources I get kicked. When I play one battle I get kicked and it's also laggy. Please fix this. It's a good game but it shouldn't be doing this
A good, non-stressful troop command game. Leave and come back, it only matters with raids. Good unit progression, but I wish the pop cap for raids, buildings, and abilities was higher off the bat; would attract more new players if it was more adaptable. Would like a real-time PvP mode, and maybe some more structure variety. The strategic value of he structures is a brilliant thing that not many games have mastered, but this one has it down. 4/5, could use some better PvP balancing.
Everytime I would look for a battle the enemy's would have so much more stuff then me and at that point I could never level up. They should of kept the PC and Playstation version it was so much better and also the PC version let me actually move the walls to where I like. This game only let's me move it vertical and horizontal its so dumb.

I like and enjoy the game. I've been playing it since it was on the PS4 and now on mobile. I've played various seasons on and off. Liked the new updated and new characters. Every unit is awesome in its own special way and vehicles also. The only downside is once you reach the max level on the buildings. That's it. I feel like the defensive buildings could get extra levels. Aside from that, the game is overall great.
Longtime player of this game. I have change dmy rting to 5 stars as it is one of the only games you can play for free and have a longtime experience without it becoming dull. The ONE key thing they need to fix is the save function, as when us players spend money for materials or items and the game crashes, we lose the very items we paid for if an engagement begins and it crashes during that engagement. Whether it is during an Alliance war or regular raids, the result is the same, if it crashes
I want to first start this review by saying that this game is very fun and I really enjoy playing it. That is until I started experiencing problems like getting kicked off the game randomly after every 3-5 battles then with this newest update I can't even play any battles because I get kicked off the game within the first minute or two every single time I play. I've had this app for about a year. Im giving 2 stars until it's fixed then I will promptly change it to 5 stars. Please Help!
This game was real fun. I have been playing it recently after a month or 2 break of the game. When I came back every match I got into was always against players that had their outposts 3-4 levels higher than me and was impossible to beat. The game got repetitive and wasn't the same experience I had when I played it a couple months back. Please fix the matchmaking so it doesn't feel like I'm running into a brick wall.
This is a 5-star game, but it's become unplayable due to frequent freezes. We lose any items we used during the raid and I know we don't get the resources we had earned to that point in the raid. I just now saw myself earn a yellow crate, but didn't get it because the game froze. Really frustrating! When working, it's a really great game with excellent mechanics, cute (but not too cute) graphics, and lots to do. Best of all: NO ADS!
Matchmaking is still horrible. I get matched up against lvl 10 bases while I'm lvl 7. I don't stand a chance against them and its really annoying. Also, alliance battles suck. It doesn't let you see the base, which is fine but the bad part is that it also doesn't let you see what units are guarding it either. This removes about half of the strategy from the fight and turns it into a rock-paper-scissors competition. Also, rally flag is hot garbage.
This game is good but is missing a few things to be great 1. Being able to save your base layouts so you don't have to keep rebuilding them 2. I would like some type of Identification on the radio tower that the item is working because I don't believe the gas mask works on it. I have seen no change from adding it, which is surprising because it is a gold mask. 3. Add better rewards for making global. Tired of working so hard for global for trash rewards. I played it for about 2 weeks. It was a ton of fun setting up base and all that but -1 points since I asked the developers for help with a glitch in a purchase I made and never got a reply. -1 cause it's supremely repetitive. Maybe should subtract 2 but I had loads of fun at first. Dropped this game tho. 2.5 🌟 Update: I remembered another flaw. 100% Pay to win. Seems like every level or new item or anything really the game tells you about a new $50 pack. Crazy. Dropped rating to 2.
I wish there was a way to break down equipment. Also with it applied to the equipment instructions too. The rocket and grenade volley is cool, but I have a top 10% base and still struggle to defend against them. The assault car sometimes won't shoot when used. Sometimes, it selects a completely different location than selected. I think the flat surface is cool, but a king of the hill game mode would be spectacular! Or like a beach invasion mode. In all, I love the game, but it still has kinks.
It's a fun game, when it lets you play. Not sure if it's just me but I'm having to constantly restart to even play on most days. It occasionally crashes, and on extra buggy days I'll have to wait several minutes for the screens to load after a battle, collecting resources or upgrading characters and equipment. I'm starting to not wanting to play because of it. FYI, the "season pass" boost is only during the duration of the current "season" and NOT a permanent boost. Nowhere does it say that.
Game is addicting but not very well balanced. I'm only level 14 fighting and winning consistently against level 80-90 bases. I think I've only lost 2 fights so far too. Defenses have no chance of stopping assaults. There are also a bunch of bugs with collecting completed missions. Found a work around to "claim all" when you have another mission completed, and it appears to collect all resources? Mission types are varied but the spike between levels is huge, and can't progress in any of them.
Wow! What an absolutely awesome game and I haven't had to watch a single ad! A little patience and perseverance goes a long way here! Multiple game modes mean your not doing the same thing over and over! Your constantly upgrading your equipment, soldiers or base! There's plenty of loot to be had and always a few challenges with great rewards going on at the same time. To those complaining it gets to hard when you level up your headquarters... fyi, Games usually gets harder as progress lol.
